ingredients : 1 roast of porc with no bones - weight : 1.5 kg
1 pinch if safran
2 onions
2 garlic
1 big spoon of oil
1 big spoon of flower
1 1 cube of chicken stock
2 big spoon of tomato concentrated
1 big spoon of mango or apple chutney
pepper and slt

cook ur porc in hoven (170° - th5) for 2 hours
while cooking make the sauce : leave ur safran for 20 mn in 3 dl of boiling hot water. then remove it.
cut onions ang garlic.
in pan heat the oil with medium heat and add oinions and garlic for 5 mn always mixing. then add flower and cook and always sture.
little by little add and mix the safran water. add the chicken stock crushed, the concentrated tomatoes, chutney, salt and pepper.
cook opened on small heat for 30 mn after it has boiled.
served the roast in slices with the sauce and white rice.
